Q: Will it cost my company more money for better services?
A: This depends very much on the type of services that you require, the frequency of the services and the size of your establishment in addition to a host of other variables. G.S.C. does not offer below industry prices. We follow strict company guidelines which ensure that you will receive a fair and reasonable price for the services you require.
Q: Does G.S.C. subcontract its cleaning and maintenance services?
A: G.S.C. does not subcontract its services unless they are beyond the scope and expertise of our staff. Particularly services such as elevator repair/maintenance, heating and ventilation, security, landscaping and similarly related services.
Q: Does G.S.C. have insurance?
A: We offer a full general liability and property damage insurance package in the unlikely event that an accident may occur on the client’s premises during the course of the cleaning and maintenance services being conducted. Upon request, G.S.C. will furnish our clients with a copy of the insurance certificate authenticating the insurance coverage.
Q: What measures does G.S.C. take to screen its staff?
A: G.S.C. requires that all individuals undergo a criminal background and credit history screening in addition to the tri-level interview process prior to being hired as a staff member. This rigorous process ensures that only the most qualified individuals who contain a necessary degree of "security clearance" will be hired by G.S.C. and operate as staff members on our client's premises.
